When will I receive my order?

We aim for delivery within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) in Switzerland. During busy periods, such as new releases, delivery within Switzerland may take between 5 and 7 days. Some items are made to order, and you will see an "Estimated Delivery" period on the product page.

When will I know my order has been shipped?

As soon as you receive your "Order Confirmation" email with your Swiss Post, FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking number, you will know that it has left our warehouse on that date. Please note that tracking numbers will not show any movement on the FedEx or USPS website until they are scanned out of our shipping facility and on the first leg of the route to you.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Orders are processed quickly, and changes are not possible
once confirmed. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us to cancel the previous order so you can order the correct item.

Where can I find a TELL reseller near me?

Currently all distribution is done through our online store. We do not intend to distribute or offer products through wholesale channels at this time.

Where is TELL located?
